Integrity Flooring was founded in 2014 with one goal: to build a business that values people as much as craftsmanship.
I've been installing flooring since I was 14 years old. After serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008, I continued working in the trades before taking a leap of faith and starting my own company.
The reason was simple.
I wanted the freedom to be present for the moments that matter most—my children's school events, field trips, games, and the memories that can't be replaced. Building Integrity Flooring gave me that opportunity while allowing me to dedicate my life to a craft I've loved for decades.
Today, when you hire Integrity Flooring, you're working directly with me—from our first conversation to the final walkthrough. There are no salespeople, subcontractors, or installation crews. Every floor is personally installed with the same care and attention I'd expect in my own home.

It means knowing you're comfortable with me in your home, whether you're there or away. It means communicating throughout the project, respecting your space, keeping my word, and never taking shortcuts—even when no one is watching.
